Product Description

Disano LITIO 2.0 Medium 412020-00 is a professional asymmetric LED floodlight for outdoor areas, building surroundings and technical zones. Its POWER SWITCH system uses an internal DIP switch to select one of three fixed power levels — 100, 120 or 150 W — allowing the output to be adjusted up to 22,230 lm without changing the electrical installation.

Applications

The floodlight is suitable for car parks, access roads, building surroundings, warehouses and production areas, sports and technical zones, and other projects requiring high output with controlled asymmetric distribution. It can be used outdoors and in suitable indoor industrial areas.

POWER SWITCH, CLD and optics

The internal DIP switch allows the required power level to be selected during installation. This is not continuous dimming: three fixed operating modes are available. CLD indicates an electronic 230/240 V, 50/60 Hz power supply with an integrated LED module. Neutral-white 4000 K light and CRI 80 suit functional area lighting, while the asymmetric 55° optic is designed for targeted and controlled distribution.

Protection and materials

Integrated SURGE protection safeguards the LED module and driver against surge events in accordance with EN 61547. The UV-stabilised anti-yellowing coating supports reliable long-term outdoor use. The manufacturer pictogram identifies a protective coating recommended for marine environments within 5 km of the sea; for marine or corrosive projects, environmental compatibility and warranty conditions should be confirmed before ordering.

Installation and operation

The luminaire is installed using an adjustable bracket with an adjustment range of up to 180°. Select the power mode and aim the floodlight for the intended area before final commissioning. Electrical connection should be completed by a qualified installer while maintaining the IP66 sealing. The anthracite RAL 7021 polyester powder coating is UV stabilised. The operating temperature range is −40 °C to +40 °C, and the rated LED lifetime is 80,000 hours according to L80B20.

Warranty

The product carries Disano's five-year limited commercial warranty from the invoice date. The warranty applies when the luminaire is stored, installed, used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's technical requirements, installation and maintenance are performed by qualified personnel, and the Disano warranty terms are observed.

The 100 W setting is suitable for moderate area lighting, while the 150 W setting provides the maximum output of 22,230 lm. Before installation, assess the mounting height, required horizontal coverage and possible glare.
